I'm Lacy — the heart behind Siren Somatics

My path here has been anything but linear. Breath by breath, I learned that trauma lives not just in memory, but in the nervous system — and that healing must begin within the body.

This practice became my anchor, my medicine, and ultimately my calling. Now I hold space for women ready to reclaim their inner calm, their safety and their light. Here, you're invited to slow down, to breathe deeply, and to remember that healing isn't just possible — it's your birthright.
